Shine Your Light

We all have our brilliancies, every day; moments when we enlighten an individual or group. When we shine our light and influence others. Though we easily recognize the brilliance of others, we are less able to see our own. Open yourself to your brilliancies (hint: they'll seem small to you, but they are profound to others so watch for reaction cues).
